Question about a current order — include your order number (found in your confirmation email).

Custom project — a "DNA" artwork from your video, printing of your photographs, a specific medium — describe your project: the source (film, personal video, photo file), the desired size and, if you know it, the paper. We'll come back to you with a proposal and a price before any commitment.

Photographers and artists — for our giclée printing services (exhibition prints, editions), write to us with an overview of your project and the quantities you have in mind.

Damaged parcel — write to us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the parcel and the piece; we reprint or refund (see our Terms of Sale).
